Delivery takes 1-3 working days, with an additional day for Calabria and the islands (Sicily and Sardinia).

International Shipping Times

Delivery takes 2-6 working days, with an additional day for Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Shipping Information
Shipments are handled by DHL, and no deliveries are expected to PO Boxes or Poste Respite. The times indicated refer to working days and do not include holidays; these are estimates, and any delays caused by the courier or third parties are not our responsibility. The jewels are sent in their original packaging, complete with guarantee.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the progress of your package. You can also check the status of your order in the “Order Status” section of the site.

Delivery Methods
Deliveries are made only on weekdays, without the possibility of making appointments. In case of non-delivery, you will receive an email to arrange a new attempt. If you do not respond within 4 days, the goods will be put into storage.

Returns and Refunds
You have the option to return one or more products within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to make a return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The product must be returned in the following conditions:

• The product must be unused;
• The packaging must be intact;
• The product must be returned with the warranty attached.

Note: If the return does not meet these conditions, the package will be returned and no refund will be made.

Refunds
The refund will be processed within 5 business days of confirmation of the return, using the payment method originally chosen for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Product Features
All our creations are conceived and designed internally in the company, maintaining unique characteristics. The colors of the stones in the photographs may vary slightly, and any small imperfections are the result of craftsmanship. Each product is completely nickel-free.

Precautions
Jewelry is perfect for everyday use and requires minimal maintenance if treated with care. Avoid contact with detergents, creams, perfumes and water, especially pool or spa water. Store jewelry separately, in a dry place and away from heat sources.

Cleaning
To maintain its shine, clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth. Use only non-abrasive products, avoiding those containing ammonia, alcohol, acids or harsh chemicals.
