WARRANTY

All our creations are made in Italy with 925‰ silver and manufacturing methods that comply with current Italian and international regulations, to guarantee quality products.

Duration of the Warranty

Each DiPersìde jewel is covered by a guarantee against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, as indicated in the Certificate of Authenticity or in the Guarantee itself. During this period, if the jewel has a manufacturing defect, after an inspection carried out by our After-Sales service, the defect will be repaired or the component will be replaced with the same model. If the model is no longer in production or on the market, the component will be replaced with one of equal or greater value.

Artisan Details and Product Uniqueness

Our jewels are the result of careful craftsmanship, combining traditional techniques and manual workmanship to take care of every detail with the utmost precision. Precisely for this reason, any small imperfections or slight variations in color are not to be considered defects, but distinctive signs that enhance their authenticity and uniqueness. Each jewel is the result of an exclusive process, which makes it special and unrepeatable.

Services after the Warranty Period

Once the warranty period has expired, any request for repair or intervention will be at the customer's expense, including the cost of any replacement parts and labor.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  • Improper use of the jewel (disassembly, manipulation, unauthorized modifications, repairs carried out by unauthorized centers);
  • Damage caused by negligence, accident or abuse (including impacts, exposure to chemicals or extreme environments);
  • Ordinary maintenance or cleaning of the jewel, which remain the responsibility of the customer;
  • Natural aging of the jewel and damage caused by normal wear and tear.
