Invoices and financial details


Can I receive invoices that have already been sent?
Of course, you can. Contact our customer service for a copy of your invoice, who will send you the requested invoice by email.

The invoice for my order is incorrect, how can I fix it?
If you have received an incorrect invoice, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Attach the relevant invoice so that we have all the details of the case at hand.
Would you prefer to have a telephone contact for your invoices and/or financial details?
In this case we would also like to ask you to have your data such as your order number and/or invoice number ready.
