How can I contact DiPersìde?

For requests regarding our e-Shop you can use one of the following contact methods: You can send an email at any time to info@diperside.com or via WhatsApp to +393791959763 from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00. If the request concerns a jewel purchased in a store or at a dealer, please contact the business directly.

I didn't receive my order confirmation email, what should I do?

After completing an order, we automatically send a confirmation email to the address provided. If you do not see it in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact our customer service via the support form for assistance.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your delivery. Alternatively, you can check the status of your shipment in the “Order Status” section of the site. If the data is not updated, wait 24 hours for the courier to process the information.

Is it possible to cancel or modify an order already confirmed?

Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. However, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of delivery, following the instructions indicated in our return policy.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Inside the package you will find a paper copy of the tax document. After the invoice is issued, it will not be possible to modify the data entered.

If I purchase multiple products in the same order, how will they be shipped?

All items purchased in a single order will be shipped together, but each product will have its own dedicated packaging.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

We do not currently provide a personalized gift wrapping service. However, each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in an elegant box and accompanied by a certificate of guarantee and authenticity.
