Right of withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal for your DiPersìde order by filling out the online form on this page.

For products purchased online, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of product delivery. In the case of an order consisting of multiple products delivered separately, the term starts from the delivery of the last product.

To submit the declaration of withdrawal, select the "Withdraw from the contract here" button and fill in the required data to identify the order and the product or products concerned.

At the end of the compilation, you will need to confirm the request using the "Confirm withdrawal" button. After submission, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of the request and subsequent operating instructions.
