1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1 For security reasons, products purchased through the site will be delivered to the address associated with the credit card, unless otherwise indicated by the customer. Upon delivery, the signature of the customer or his adult delegate is required. Deliveries to PO boxes are not made.

1.2 For each order placed, DIPERSIDE PA will issue a receipt of the products shipped, sent via email or post to the person placing the order, in accordance with Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The information provided by the customer at the time of the order will be used to issue the receipt. No changes to the receipt will be possible after its issue.

1.3 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly indicated on the order form.

1.4 All orders will be delivered by selected courier from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, holidays and local or national holidays. DIPERSIDE PA is not responsible for any delays that are not foreseeable and/or attributable exclusively to the Courier. Shipping times vary from 1 to 3 working days for fast deliveries in Italy and from 2 to 6 working days for fast international deliveries.

1.5 Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable events, and in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, the products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the contract, as indicated in paragraph 7.1 of the general conditions. In the event of unavailability, even temporary, of the products, DIPERSIDE PA will inform the customer within the same period or within the agreed delivery date, also by e-mail, and will refund any sums already paid.

1.6 If, following a communication of delay in delivery by DIPERSIDE PA, the customer decides to cancel the order, the amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the communication of cancellation of the order, with the exception of customized products, as provided in the "Returns and Refunds" section.

1.7 The presence of the customer or his representative at the delivery address indicated in the order is required. At the time of delivery, the customer must verify:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document (DDT);
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or altered, including the sealing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and/or products, or discrepancies in the number of packages, must be immediately contested in writing on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed without reservations, the customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.

2. Shipping Confirmation

DIPERSIDE PA will send the customer a confirmation email once the products have been shipped.

3. Packaging

Products purchased on the site will be delivered with DiPersìde's institutional packaging.

4. Shipping Costs and Duties

Products shipped outside of Europe may be subject to customs import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the end customer.
