Shipping times

Delivery takes 1-3 working days, with an additional day for Calabria and the islands (Sicily and Sardinia).

Shipping Information
Shipments are handled by DHL, and no deliveries are expected to PO Boxes or Poste Respite. The times indicated refer to working days and do not include holidays; these are estimates, and any delays caused by the courier or third parties are not our responsibility. The jewels are sent in their original packaging, complete with guarantee.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the progress of your package. You can also check the status of your order in the “Order Status” section of the site.

Delivery Methods
Deliveries are made only on weekdays, without the possibility of making appointments. In case of non-delivery, you will receive an email to arrange a new attempt. If you do not respond after a few days the goods will be put into storage.
