Right of withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal for your DiPersìde order by completing the online form on this page.

For products purchased online, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the delivery of the product. If your order includes multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last product.

To submit your withdrawal request, select the button “Submit withdrawal request” and complete the required details to identify your order and the product or products concerned.

After completing the form, you will need to confirm the request by selecting “Confirm withdrawal”. After submission, you will receive an email confirmation with the request summary and the next operating instructions.
